We stock our buffet daily with fresh and exquisite selected products.
We put a high value on the regionality of our products. Therefore we actually work with some of our purchasers since decades. That makes it possible, that we have the highest trust in them delivering the best quality to us.
A lot of our products are completely self made through our kitchen crew.
For example we freshly bake our cakes and muffins, create vegan spreads on the base of cashews and stain our salmon ourselves.
You don´t stay here overnight, but the breakfast offer sounds delicious, right?
